Brammer's Fragments From the Future art exhibit to help CCH

Jason Brammer is an internationally-collected visual artist and painter based in Chicago, IL and an on-going partner with Chicago Coalition for the Homeless. He has previously donated art work proceeds and his time and talents to this summer’s Decks and the City event. Once again, he is showing his true colors by contributing a portion of every piece sold during an upcoming exhibition to the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless.

FRAGMENTS FROM THE FUTURE, Jason’s latest solo exhibition will be opening this Saturday, October 24th at April 7s Custom Frame Shop (2636 W Chicago Ave, Chicago). The opening reception is from 7 PM – 11 PM on Saturday, October 24, 2009. In addition to great art, guests can enjoy drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and music. Jason will be present at the opening.

Jason’s latest collections of paintings experiment with photo-surrealism, exploring the idea of the past, present, and future intertwining. In addition to paintings, he has also created mixed media, painting installations for art exhibitions as well as permanent site-specific installations for commercial spaces. You can learn more about Jason and see his artwork online at www.jasonbrammer.com.

Jason will have lots of original works on paper available as part of the exhibition as well. Examples of Jason’s works on paper: http://www.jasonbrammer.com/Works_On_Paper.html

For those of you that are interested in purchasing a work on paper and having it framed, April 7s Custom Frame Shop provides very high-quality framing work and they will also donate a portion of their service price to CCH.

There will be a wide variety of price points - ranging from $50 to $5000. Several brand new works will be debuted at this show. Any person interested in works not available at the show can still mention their affiliation with the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless and Jason will give a portion of that sale to CCH as well.

Jason's "Time Machines" series, featured at this exhibition, can be seen at http://www.jasonbrammer.com/Time_Machine_Series.html
